Delivery and Returns

SpotiFrame is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. We encourage you to contact us through email with any questions or concerns prior to placing your order.



For all orders, processing and verification times range from 1 to 5 business days before an order ships.  Additional time may be required during promotional periods and holidays.  You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


USA / CANADA shipping: 7-10 business days

UK Shipping: 7-10 business days

AUSTRALIA shipping 7-10 business days

Rest of world 2-3 weeks

 Please be advised that we cannot make any changes to the shipping address once an order has shipped.  Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.



Our fulfilment process begins immediately after an order is received, so we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests.  All confirmed orders will be subject to our standard return policy.

In the event that an item becomes unavailable, SpotiFrame reserves the right to cancel your order or items within your order at any time.  We will provide a full refund, back to your original form of payment.  You will be notified via email of any orders or items we cannot fulfil and have refunded.



If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, or there has been a fulfilment error, please reach out on our contact form and our Customer Care team will be happy to assist.

To be eligible for a return, your frame must be unused and in original packaging. No returns or refunds will be processed if the frame have visibly been used.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds if you simply did not like the product. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies
